MEMBERSHIPSHow many PIECES can I take out at once?
You can take out as many pieces as you like, as long as the combined price comes in at or below your membership level threshold.
How long can i have my pieces?
Enjoy anything you take out for up to 30 days from the day you rented it. There is a five day grace period to return your pieces, or you will be charged the member price and get to keep them.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY per MONTH
DO I HAVE TO SWAP ALL MY PIECES AT ONCE?
No, keep what you love for the month and exchange anything else.
CAN I BORROW A PIECE MORE THAN ONCE IN A ROW?
Usually yes, but we do ask you to bring all borrowed pieces back within the 30 day period so that we can clean and inspect the integrity of the pieces. Then you may exchange or rent them again, some exclusions may apply.
How do I change my membership?
Just let us know. Contact us either in store or over the phone. We are more than happy to move you up or down on the start of the next billing cycle. We’ll apply your security deposit to the new membership.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We know circumstances change, so we’ve made canceling easy. Simply let us know you’re moving on, bring back all of your rented jewelry in good shape before your next billing date, and we’ll refund your security deposit.
CAN I BORROW PIECES IF I'M NOT A MEMBER?
No, rentals are exclusive to members only. However, we also function as a traditional jewelry store, so you are welcome to purchase jewelry as usual. Or consider joining us and enjoy all our member benefits.

POLICIESwhat if my jewelry is damaged or lost?
We hope all our members treat our jewelry with great care, but we know things happen. Damaged jewelry will be charged for the repair or replacement of the piece, whichever is less.
If the jewelry is lost, you will be charged the member price of the piece. If you find and return it within 30 days, our standard purchase return policy applies. can I buy pieces i've borrowed?
We hope you do! To make falling in love even easier, members receive 15% off the retail price of any of the pieces they are actively renting, and 10% off any other pieces in the store.
what is the security deposit?
Our standard, refundable security deposit is equal to two times your monthly membership and is due at time of sign-up. The deposit will be fully refunded if you choose to cancel your membership and have returned all your rented pieces undamaged.
How will i be billed?
You will be billed automatically every 30 days starting on your sign-up date. This date will become the start of your billing cycle. Can’t remember when that was? Check your “Member since…” date on your Member ID Card or ask any staff member.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE PIECES BEFORE RETURNING THEM?
No, leave it to us. Cleaning fine jewelry is a special skill and greatly depends on the individual pieces. We have a highly trained team to clean, inspect, and sanitize each piece upon check-in and check-out.

Our extensive collection contains fine jewelry curated from designers and smiths all over the world. Many of our pieces are made right here in our local Corvallis workshop, including TOBY POMEROY and Studio 311. And of course, we’re always interested in your suggestions.

New styles are added every month.
